Component Allocations Report

Use the component allocations report to list the components allocated on works orders. You can select on a range of either components or warehouses . An option is provided for a summary report (selected by default). On a detailed report, the application lists component code stock description and warehouse, along with the works order number, quantity allocated, customer and order number, with allocation subtotals by works order. Subtotals are provided by warehouse and component code. The summary report excludes the works order breakdown for the allocations.

To print the component allocations report

  1. Open the BOM folder and then click Reports or click the Supply Chain Management tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click BOM - Reports.

  2. Click Component Allocations.

  3. In the Sequence list, select the sequence option you want. You can produce the report in component or warehouse sequence, then depending on the sequence you have selected, use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the print run.

  4. If you want to print the summary report, select the Summary Report option.

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
