Works Order Movements Report

Use the works order movements report to list the movements for works orders based on a range of assembly codes or locations or works order numbers and dates. The report prints in assembly, location and works order sequence. An option is provided for you to choose whether you want the report to show transactions. For each assembly, the report lists the assembly, warehouse and description, along with the works order number, quantity ordered, quantity allocated, quantity issued, quantity made, balance (calculated as the quantity ordered less the quantity made) and due date. If the option to show transactions is selected, the report also includes the stock code, warehouse, description, reference, transaction date, transaction type, quantity, balance (for receipts and returns).

To print the works order movements report

  1. Open the BOM folder and then click Reports or click the Supply Chain Management tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click BOM - Reports.

  2. Click Works Order Movements.

  3. In the Sequence list, select the sequence option you want. You can produce the report in assembly, warehouse or works order sequence, then depending on the sequence you have selected, use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the print run.

  4. Under Order Dates, use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the print run according to works order dates.

  5. If you want to show transactions on the report, select the Show Transactions option.

  6. Click OK.

  7. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
