Opera 3 has
been updated so that the export files are saved to the default
export location for the active company instead of to the local
user’s temp folder. Also unique file names are used to prevent
them getting overwritten by another user. The Replace Existing
Quantities option has been added to the Bill of Requirements
import routine. If this flag is set to True the quantity will
be replaced with the value specified in the import file; if
this flag is set to False the quantity will be added (or deducted
in the case of a negative quantity) from the current quantity. The Locate Existing
Records Using Stock Code Or Description option has been added
to the Bill of Requirements import routine. If this flag is
set to True and no External ID has been specified, the system
will locate open Bill of Requirement records for the specified
Job and Sales Phase using either the Stock Code or the Stock
Description (if no Stock Code has been specified). If there
is more than one match the system will update the first record
found. |
