Costing Help
Use the Subcontractors Report to produce a report listing subcontractor transactions for the current tax year or period or for all transactions, based on all or a range of subcontractor references. When producing the report you can also choose to clear tax period or year to-date tax totals.
Open the Costing folder and click Reports
or click the Financials tab
on the Ribbon Bar and then click
Costing
- Reports.
Click Subcontractors Report.
Under Subcontractor Range, enter the range of subcontractor references that determine which records are included in the report.
Click to select the option that determines whether you want subcontractor transactions for the current period, the current tax year or all transactions.
Click OK.
On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
If you select the This Tax Period option and produce the report for all subcontractors, a prompt appears once the report is complete asking if you want to clear the 'This Period Tax' field for the subcontractors. Similarly, if you select the This Tax Year option and produce the report for all subcontractors, a prompt appears once the report is complete asking if you want to clear the 'This Year Tax' field for the subcontractors.
