Nominal Ledger Help
The Account Snapshot displays a list of each account's balances for the previous financial year and the current financial year totalled by period. The budget for each period and percentage variance are also displayed. The bottom of the form displays the to-date (TD) balances up to the current period as well as the to-date balance for the previous year.

If you use the Open Period Accounting feature, the Snapshot form also includes a balance that includes postings to future periods in this financial year only and a balance that includes all postings including future postings in this financial year.
