Summary

This is a maintenance release of Opera 3 and Opera II plus some improvements.

The release also includes:

A new version of Pegasus Web Xchange, which includes new features that make it possible for website administrators to delete PWX users. If users cannot be deleted then the data will be anonymised.
A new option on the Advanced Payment and Deductions list in the Payroll application that controls whether separate totals for payments and deductions are included on the report.
