In Purchase Order Processing, finding a supplier was slow when document volumes were much higher than the norm. The Find Document option on the Purchase Order Processing form now has an option to restrict the search to the current supplier. Customers with high document volumes will notice a significant speed improvement in this area.
In Purchase Order Processing and Document Processing, searching for stock items was slow when stock volumes were much higher than the norm. This area has been optimised. Much faster response times for sites who have significant amounts of users adding and editing Orders and Documents at the same time.
In Service and Helpdesk Management, only one user could do Worksheet Billing at the same time. This routine has been converted to a non-exclusive process. Multiple users to run Worksheet Billing at the same time.
In Sales Pipeline Management, it was difficult to delete contact details.  A new “Delete contact” option has been added to the Contacts menu. It is now possible to delete Contact details from the Sales Pipeline Management and Service Management & Helpdesk applications.
 
This will improve the user experience when removing Contact information that they should no longer be holding.
In Sales Pipeline Management, it wasn't possible to transfer outstanding Helpdesk Calls, Service Contracts, Equipment Items, etc, to another contact. A new “Transfer records” option has been added to the Contacts menu. An employee’s outstanding Helpdesk Call activities can be transferred to another contact. This is useful when, for example, that person is going on annual leave.
In the Sales Ledger, running a Period End was slow when there was significant amounts of Debtor Days History. This area has been optimised. Customers with significant amounts of Debtor Days History will notice a significant speed improvement in this area..
In the Reporter application, some fields that retain contacts information in Sales Pipeline Management were not available for selection. These fields are now available in the Contact Processing section in the Reporter. This will assist with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) responsibilities.
