Summary

This release of Opera 3 includes updates as announced by the Chancellor in his Spring Budget announcement on 6 March 2024. This release addresses some partner reported defects.

Statutory Rates Amendments

The change that impact payroll software is:

A change to the main rate of Primary (Employee) Class 1 NICs for earnings paid on or after 6 April 2024.

PWX Validator

A new version of the Validator is made available for the Payroll Self Service Validator (PSSV).
