Summary

This release includes the availability of the Bill of Materials application, 2 further reports added to the Advanced Payments & Deductions Listing in Payroll that will greater assistance to Job Retention Scheme reporting.

A number of maintenance fixes for Opera 3 have also been included

Bill of Materials

The Bill of Materials application caters for fast and accurate manufacturing information including work in progress, assembly structure detail, where used or assembly cost reports and batch/serial item location from works orders. It features automatic Works Order generation from sales orders, batch Works Order progression and a comprehensive enquiry facility. Assembly structures can be simple or complex, including sub-assemblies and components such as raw materials, labour or description only. The Kitting function allows further flexibility by enabling works orders to be raised and receive the build quantity of the finished assembly into stock in a single process.

Payroll – Job Retention Scheme

The two reports made available at the end of April 20 to assist employers in re-claiming monies due from HMRC for furlough staff including ERs NICs and ERs minimum pension contributions have been included in this release. The reports were:

1. Furlough Standard Report

2. Furlough Excel Report

Both reports are now available from the report layout list when publishing the EOY/Special Reports – Advanced Pay/Ded List report.

General maintenance

This release also includes some general maintenance.
