Design E-mail Covers

Use the Design E-mail Covers form to create email covers to be used when the following are sent:

Open the Payroll - E-mail Admin form and select Design E-mail Covers.

You can format the email cover using the icons on the toolbar. Screen tips are shown when you hover your mouse pointer over the icons.

Tips:

1. Double-click each required variable in the right-hand pane to add it to the editor.
2. Click Preview/Edit on the Action menu to preview or edit the content.
3. Click Clear on the Action menu to clear the contents.
