Payroll Help
After an employee has been added to Payroll you are likely to need to change some of their details later on, for example if they change address or bank account, or start repaying student loans.
Open
the Payroll
folder and then click Processing
or click the Payroll & HR
tab on the Ribbon Bar and then
click Payroll
- Processing.
If you are using groups, in the Select Payroll Groups list, click to select the group(s) you want to process and then click OK.
Locate the employee using the List tab or by pressing CTRL+F to search for the record.
Amend the details on the Processing form or the Details & Bank form.
To save the
record, click the icon on the
toolbar or press CTRL+S.
You can maintain a notepad of changes you make for the employee on the Memo tab.
