Departmental Analysis

Use this report to print a departmental breakdown of the payroll for the current period and the income tax year to date. This only applies if you are using the departments facility.

To Print the Departmental Analysis

  1. Open the Payroll folder and then click Summary Reports or click the Payroll & HR tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click Payroll - Summary Reports.

  2. Click Departmental Analysis. If you are using groups, in the Select Payroll Groups list, click to select the group(s) you want to process and then click OK.

  3. If you do not want to include employees marked as leavers, clear the Include Leavers option.

  4. Select All Employees, Only Off-Payroll Workers or Exclude Off-Payroll Workers as required.

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
