Training Report

Use the Training command to produce a report of training records maintained using the Training command on the Action menu associated with the Personnel Processing form, for all or a range of employees, departments, groups, jobs and dates. You can choose a detailed or summary report; the detailed report includes separate listings for each type of training, while the summary report lists one total for days training per employee.

To print training records

  1. Open the Personnel folder and then click Reports or click the Payroll & HR tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click Personnel - Reports.

  2. Click Training.

  3. If you are using groups, in the Select Groups list, click to select the group(s) you want to process and then click OK.

  4. Under Sequence, click to select the sequence you want to apply to the report and then, under Range, enter the start and end references. You can also specify a range of dates under Date Range.

  5. Under Report Type, click to select whether you want a detailed or summary report.

  6. Click OK then, on the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.

To save this report in Opera 3 as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, select Excel Report from the Report Layout box on the Publisher form.
