Use the account status report to list outstanding transactions by supplier account, with an indication of the transaction's status. The status shows whether a transaction is paid, allocated, held, and so on.
Open the Purchase folder, click Reports and then click Account Status.
In the Sequence list, select the sequence option you want. You can produce the report in account or supplier type sequence.
Depending on the sequence you have selected, use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the report.
If you want advanced transactions included in the report and in the aged analysis, select the Advanced Transactions option.
Click OK.
On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
