Back Orders Report

This command is available if you use the Sales Order Processing module.

Use the Back Orders report to view back orders up to a given date, in summary or detail format, and by customer, product or document.

To print back orders

  1. Open the Sales Order Processing folder and then click Reports or click the Supply Chain Management tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click Sales Order Processing -  Reports.

  2. Click Back Orders.

  3. In Sequence, click to select whether you want the report in account, product or document sequence, then use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the report.

  4. In Format, click to select whether you want a detailed or summary report.

  5. In All Orders Prior To, enter a due date up to which orders are selected for the report. Any orders which are due on the date you enter will also be included.

  6. In Currency Code, click to select the currency that applies. Only orders in that currency are printed. If left blank, all orders are printed in the home currency.

  7. Click OK. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
