Credit Control Report

Use the Credit Control report to produce a report on balances for all customers, only those 'on stop' or who have exceeding their credit limit. The report includes the dates of last invoice and receipt postings and the value of any disputed transactions.

To Print the Credit Control Report

  1. Open the Sales Ledger folder and then click Reports - Credit Control or click the Financials tab and then click Sales Ledger - Reports - Credit Control on the Ribbon Bar.

  2. In the Sequence list, select the sequence option you want. You can produce the report in 'Account', 'Region', 'Territory' or 'Customer Type' sequence.

  3. Depending on the sequence you have selected, use the From and To lists to define the range of records you want included in the report.

  4. To exclude accounts that are over their credit limit or on stop, clear the List Over Credit Limit/On Stop Only option. If this option is selected, only these accounts will appear.

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.

To save this report in Opera 3 as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, select Excel Report from the Report Layout box on the Publisher form.
