Use this form to view or print reports that have been created in the system where have selected the Print Spooler option on the File tab of the Publisher form. When the Print Spooler form is displayed, you can use the browse toolbar buttons or the List tab to retrieve the spool file you want to print.

You can use the Action menu to:

Mark the currently selected report for deletion, or, if already marked for deletion, to reinstate it. Files marked for deletion are removed when you use the System Manager - Utilities - Reorganise System Files command with the Tidy Spool Files option selected. Once removed by this process, you cannot reinstate the file. |
Print the report to printer defined when the report was created. You can choose a different printer by clicking the ellipses button alongside the Configured for box, but the output may not be correct unless the printer has the necessary characteristics to interpret the formatting commands embedded in the file. |

Important: When sending files to the printer, the Windows print manager is not used. If your printer is not connected or on line, you will not see a message to this effect. Instead, the report will time out depending on the Timeout settings defined on the printer. This also means you will not be able to cancel a report sent to a printer.
