Pegasus Web Xchange is an application that allows you to securely access Opera 3 data via a mobile app or web browser, ideal for businesses with a growing mobile workforce. Users can sign in from a range of mobile devices* using Pegasus apps or via web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari for iOS.

Description

Payroll Self Service

Payroll Self Service provides a secure and easy way for you to access your payslips and P60s, and change your personal details, using a web browser.

Depending on the permissions that you have been given by your administrator, you can view and change your:

  • Personal details

  • Photo

  • Personal contacts

  • Education records

  • Bank account information

  • Absence details (read-only)

  • Holiday entitlement (read-only)

  • Company car details (read-only).

If you manage a team you can also view their details if you have been given the necessary access permissions.

Changes to personal information are exported to Opera 3.

Timesheets

Timesheets provides a way to enter timesheets for time worked that is then authorised by your manager so you get paid. If the manager wants you to change something he can reject it and send it back to you to be amended and resubmitted. Time is entered against defined projects, shifts and tasks. You can enter up to six weeks of timesheet data at one time.

Approved time for employee Workers is exported to Opera 3. Time for non-employee Workers (like contract staff), remains in Pegasus Web Xchange.

Sales App

Sales App provides a secure way for sales reps to take mobile orders on an Android tablet and upload them to Opera 3 via Pegasus Web Xchange. There they are checked and, if accepted, are posted to the Sales Order Processing application in Opera 3 (VFP edition).

Mobile orders are posted to the Sales Order Processing application as 'Documents'. This means that customer and stock balances are not updated until they are progressed to orders, delivery notes or invoices in the Sales Order Processing.

Note: All mobile orders are posted using the Sales App on a tablet; they cannot be posted from the Pegasus Web Xchange website.
