Assembly Structure Report

Use the assembly structure report to print the assembly structures for the range of assembly records selected. An option is provided to print the structure to the top level only if the Highest option is selected under Works Order Movements on the Set Options form. The report lists a heading line for each assembly including the assembly code, it’s description, whether it is a ‘Kitting’ assembly, lead time, yield quantity, the quantity being assembled and the maximum that can be produced per warehouse from existing component stocks if the Print Maximum Quantity option is selected.

For each component, the report lists the stock code, description, reference, quantity used, and a phantom subassembly indicator. If the stock item has an extended description, this is printed on a separate line under the description.
