Component Breakdown List Report

Use the component breakdown list to print out a material requirements list for a selected range of assemblies. You can choose to print a detailed report. The application displays a grid window of the assemblies selected. This grid shows the assembly code, description, projected stock and quantity to make. You can also scroll to see the in stock quantity, quantities on works orders, purchase orders and sales orders. For the selected entry in the grid, you can enter the quantity to make in the To Make box. This must be a multiple of the yield for the assembly. The report lists the assembly code, stock description and quantity to make. On each component detail line print, the report lists the assembly code, warehouse, stock description and quantity required, quantity in stock, free stock and shortfall. The shortfall will only be printed if the Highest option is selected under Works Order Movements on the Set Options form. A row of asterisks is printed (***) where there is a shortfall.
