Where Used On Report

Use the where used on report to list components showing the assemblies on which they are used, for the range of components selected. You can choose to print to just one level. For each component, the report lists the component code and its description. Detail lines show the assembly code and description, yield quantity, lead time, reference, quantity of the component used to make the yield and phantom flag.

To print the where used on report

  1. Open the BOM folder and then click Reports or click the Supply Chain Management tab on the Ribbon Bar and then click BOM - Reports.

  2. Click Where Used On.

  3. Use the From and To lists to define the range of component records you want included in the print run.

  4. If you want to print the top level of components only, select the Top Level Only option. This only applies if the Highest option is selected under Works Order Movements on the Set Options form.

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Publisher form, click the tab to select the output device you want to use and then complete any settings or options you want to apply to the output device. To process the output, click Publish.
