Years in the Nominal Ledger controls how long Fixed Assets data for previous years is kept. |
Capital Items |
Tick to include capitalised assets on the report. Capitalised assets are set as Company Owned in the Purchase Type box on the Purchase form in Fixed Assets Processing. |
Purchase Type |
Tick one or more purchase types to include on the report. This is set for each asset in the Purchase Type box on the Purchase form in Fixed Assets Processing. |
Asset Status |
Tick one or more asset status to include on the report. The status of each asset is also displayed on the Fixed Assets Processing form. For an explanation of each asset status, see the What's Fixed Assets Help topic. |
Additions |
Tick to print labels for only those assets that were added during the period range you have chosen. |
Allocation Details |
Tick to include cost centres and locations on the labels. |
Multiple Quantity |
Tick to print multiple labels for assets that have quantities of more than 1. For example, if an asset record has a quantity of 100, one hundred labels will be printed if you tick this box. If you do not tick the box, just one label is printed for the asset. |
Number of Labels |
Enter the number of labels you need for each asset. Important: If you tick the Multiple Quantity box, the number of labels that will be printed is multiplied by this number. For example, if the asset record has a quantity of 100 and you enter 2 in this box, 200 labels will be printed. |
