Payroll Help
The Payroll application provides listings of records maintained through the various forms and payments and deductions generated as a result of calculation processes. Reports can be used to view information on your computer screen as well as printing. Most reports provide a number of options to determine the criteria, sequence and range of records reported.
The following reports are available in the Periodical Reports menu:

Produces a report of details for employees leaving in the current pay period, which must be copied to the official P45 return to give to the leavers. |

Produces a listing of employee details. You can select a range of employees to be included and specify a date to print on the report. |

Pay (ShPP) has replaced Additional Statutory Paternity Pay. ShPP allows
eligible partners to share parental leave. The rules for adoptions are
similar to new births. |

Produces a report for all or a range of employees detailing their attachment order deductions. |

Produces a list of details of Deductions from Earnings Orders (DEO) payments for a selected date range. There are three type of DEO schemes, issued separately in 1993, 2003 and 2012. All schemes are valid but if an employee has a new DEO applied it will be under the 2012 scheme. This report can be faxed, posted or uploaded to the self-service web site hosted by the Child Maintenance Service. |

Payrolled Company Car Benefits |
Produces a list of employees who have company car details recorded on the Payroll - Processing - Payrolling Benefits - Company Car Benefits form. |
